Common Criteria for Admission
- Candidate must have completed 17 years of age at the time of admission or should complete 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission to the first year of the Undergraduate Allied and Healthcare Course.
- Reservation policy for admission to Diploma, Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Ph.D. programs shall be as per State/Central Government norms. However, admission criteria prescribed by the National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions (NCAHP) shall be applicable.
- Up to 10% of seats may be considered for lateral entry admission in Undergraduate programs wherever permitted under the respective program regulations.
- Submission of a Medical Fitness Certificate, duly endorsed by a Government Medical Officer, is mandatory.

Foreign Students Admission Process (UG / PG / Ph.D.):
- Foreign national students intending to pursue UG or PG programs in India must obtain an Equivalence/Eligibility Certificate from the respective State Allied and Healthcare Council.
- For admission to Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Ph.D. programs, the merit list for foreign national students shall be based on the University Entrance Examination.
- If NEET qualification is part of the eligibility criteria for admission, foreign national students must also appear for NEET.
- Verification of a valid visa and visa duration shall be carried out by the respective institution and University before enrollment.
- The admission criteria may be revised and updated by the National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions (NCAHP) from time to time.
- Admission processes shall be conducted by the respective State Government / Union Territory authorities as per applicable regulations.

Tuition fee terms and conditions
- Admission to MGMSBS Programme is conditional until the first-year tuition fee has been paid in full and as per MGMIHS rules.
- Admission will be confirmed after receipt of full 1st Year Tuition fees.
- Fee once paid is not transferable under any circumstances.
- Loan / Scholarship if any: 1st year fees to be paid by the students on their own resources, which will be refunded if loan sanctioned & amount received in our college fee account.
- The tuition fee must be paid at the time of admission.
- The IInd year tuition fee must be paid within 1st month of the commencement in the consecutive year.
- For ethical approval Dissertation / Project, the students have to pay charges separately which will be informed to the students about 15 days in advance once the protocols are approved by the SAC committee.
- Students who fail to pay the stipulated tuition fee by the prescribed date will be put on academic suspension.
- refund of the tuition fee will be made as a result of:
- As per Cancellations policy made by MGMSBS, MGMIHS (in line with UGC norms)
- Academic suspension or expulsion carried out as a disciplinary measure.
- Withdrawals or leaves of absence from a Programme or course.
- A change in status (e.g. citizenship) during a period of paid tuition (current term)
- Request of extension of time for payment of fee will not be considered.
- DD/Cheques/Cash payment will not be accepted / entertained at all unless notified in writing by the institute. All payments are in online mode only.
