- Note: A stipend of Rs.3000/- per month will be paid to the student enrolled from AY-2021-22 onwards during 4th year (Internship).

Tuition fee terms and conditions
- Admission to MGMSBS Programme is conditional until the first year tuition fee has been paid in full and as per MGMIHS rules.
- Admission will be confirmed after receipt of full 1st Year Tuition fees.
- Fee once paid is not transferable under any circumstances.
- Loan / Scholarship if any: 1st year fees to be paid by the students on their own resources, which will be refunded if loan is sanctioned and amount received in the college fee account.
- The tuition fee must be paid at the time of admission.
- The IInd, IIIrd & IVth year tuition fee must be paid within the 1st month of the commencement in the consecutive year. Students who fail to pay by the prescribed date will be put on academic suspension.
- For ethical approval dissertation/project, students have to pay charges separately, which will be informed about 15 days in advance once protocols are approved by the SAC committee.

No refund of the tuition fee will be made as a result of:
- As per cancellation policy made by MGMSBS, MGMIHS (in line with UGC norms).
- Academic suspension or expulsion carried out as a disciplinary measure.
- Withdrawals or leaves of absence from a programme or course.
- A change in status (e.g., citizenship) during a period of paid tuition (current term).
- Request for extension of time for payment of fee will not be considered.
- DD/Cheques/Cash payment will not be accepted unless notified in writing by the institute. All payments are in online mode only.

Undergraduate of Allied & Healthcare Professions Programs (AHP)
- He/she has completed 17 years of age at the time of admission or will complete that age on or before 31 December of the year of his/her admission to the first year of the Undergraduate Allied and Healthcare Course.
- Reservation policy for admission in diploma/under graduate/post graduate/PhD programs shall be as per the State/Centre Government norms. However, admission criteria norms of National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions (NCAHP) shall be adopted as prescribed.
- Up to 10% seats shall be considered for lateral entry admission in Under Graduate program, wherever in respective program is permitted.
- Medical fitness certificate is mandatory to submit and it is to be endorsed by Government medical officer.

Foreign students’ admission process in Under Graduate (UG)/ Post Graduation (PG) / PhD:
- Foreign national students intending to study UG/PG program in India shall have to take equivalence certificate of eligibility certificate from respective State Allied and Healthcare Council.
- For Under Graduate/Post Graduation/PhD admission of foreign national students, merit list will be based on University Entrance Exam.
- If eligibility criteria of admission is NEET appeared then the foreign national student is required to appear in NEET.
- Verification of valid visa and valid visa duration of foreign national students to be verified by respective institution & University before enrolling students for program.
- The admission criteria shall be updated by the Commission from time to time.
- Admission process shall be conducted by State/Union Territory/University.
